We host several events every month, once a month per location.

Insurance Requirements:

  • Two insurance documents are required:
    • General Certificate of Liability Insurance (ACORD)
      • for $1M minimum
      • with the following wording:
        • Additional Insured & Certificate Holder
        • M&M Events, LLC
        • PO Box 27252
        • Scottsdale, AZ 85255
    • The Additional Liability Endorsement to the Policy

These two files must be attached to your vendor application.
